Bid Packets & Pipeline
A bid packet is the container for everything related to pursuing one opportunity — draft proposal, pricing, past-performance references, and team assignments all live in one place. Generating a proposal from a bid packet creates a real, database-persisted run that survives page refreshes and is resumable from any completed step.
The pipeline is a kanban-style view of every active pursuit, grouped by stage, from qualification through submission. Every pipeline entry is scoped to your own company at the query level — not just hidden in the UI — so there’s no code path that can return another tenant’s pursuit data.
